Any Tumblr experts out there?

CURRENTLY STRUGGLING WITH SOMETHING.

I’m having technical difficulties with creating the submission page on another blog. I went to “Settings” and filled out the section to accept submissions. I made sure to redirect people to we-love-crocheting.tumblr.com/submit, but for some reason, the actual submission form isn’t appearing! o.O The guidelines are there, but not the submission box. Any ideas? What am I missing?

UPDATE: Thanks for the replies and private messages! HTML is crazy. @__@ I think I’ve found a temporary solution. It will have to suffice. :)
